- Specification development
Equipment, options, accessories, documentation and any required work are defined.
- Terms agreement
Commercial terms, schedule, acceptance criteria, warranty and support procedure are fixed.
- Preparation and delivery
Equipment is completed in the agreed configuration and delivered with the required documents.

A completed technical specification is not mandatory. Describe the task and known constraints; missing parameters can be clarified together.
